> As soon as the website has been visited and is listed in the browser history, it might be the top hit when parts of the URL are entered into the search bar. Safari pre-loads the top hit by default. This functionality (“pre-load top hit”) needs to be deactivated in Safari under Settings > Search. - Why am I not able to export and download the settings?
Downloads in Safari only work when the system is configured with the correct permissions. Please check the system settings of the operating system as well as inside Safari.
